Technology Field(s):
表面技術、塗層; Surface technology, coating
The invention relates to the field of water electrolysis and specifically discloses an anode for water electrolysis, together with its preparation method and applications. The anode comprises an electrode material and a modification layer supported on the surface of the electrode material. The raw materials used to prepare the modification layer comprise at least one of a carboxyl-containing compound and a metal salt. By providing the modification layer on the surface of the electrode material, the water-electrolysis anode enables interactions between the modification layer and the metal centers on the electrode surface. These interactions fine-tune the electron-cloud density and electronic state of the surface metal atoms and optimize the adsorption free energy of key intermediates in the oxygen evolution reaction, thereby lowering the reaction energy barrier and enhancing electrocatalytic activity. The modification layer acts as a “molecular coating” on the electrode surface. Under the harsh operating conditions of high anodic potentials and strongly alkaline environments, it suppresses excessive surface oxidation, inactive phase transitions, and detrimental reconstruction of the electrode material. This helps preserve the integrity of the catalytically active surface and extends the service life of the water-electrolysis anode.

The invention belongs to the field of biomedical engineering and specifically relates to a large, highly viable cell spheroid and a method for its preparation. The method first uses an aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) and osmotic pressure to preassemble cells into microspheroidal modules. Lipid-anchored click-reactive groups are then introduced, and osmotic compression is applied to induce interfacial bioorthogonal reactions between the modules, enabling the rapid construction of millimeter-scale tissues within two hours. The resulting cell spheroids, measuring 200–1,000 µm in diameter, contain more than 90% viable cells, effectively overcoming the diffusion-limited constraints associated with conventional methods for producing large spheroids. qPCR analysis showed that, compared with the 2D culture group, the AML12 assemblies exhibited increases of several tens of fold in the expression of key functional genes, including albumin, CYP1A2, and TDO2. These results demonstrate that the preparation method offers significant advantages in maintaining the biological activity and function of large-scale tissue constructs.

Technology Field(s):
資訊科技管理方法;控制; IT methods for management; Control
The invention belongs to the fields of transportation and airspace management and discloses a method for planning intercity low-altitude routes for electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Based on the operational characteristics of eVTOL aircraft and transportation demand between urban agglomerations, the method establishes a route-planning framework comprising four dimensions: demand analysis, geographical constraints, infrastructure compatibility, and policy coordination. The method covers four typical application scenarios: interprovincial routes, intraprovincial routes, overwater routes, and tourism routes. Candidate routes are evaluated and prioritized based on travel distance and time savings. The method can effectively alleviate congestion in ground transportation and improve regional coordination efficiency. It also offers the advantages of rapid deployment, environmental friendliness, and high economic value, making it suitable for the initial planning and expansion of low-altitude route networks during the early stage of eVTOL commercialization. The invention can be widely applied to the development of the low-altitude economy in urban agglomerations, electric aircraft transportation network planning, and smart-city transportation system design.
