ISBN application for UM publications

To apply for an ISBN, please complete the "ISBN - Application Form", then email the form with a softcopy of the 1) cover page, 2) title page and 3) copyright page of the finalized work to lilliant@um.edu.mo. The Library will inform the applicant through email when the ISBN has been issued.
