Become an External Reader
If external individuals wish to borrow books, they can apply for an outside user borrower’s card. The application or renewal could be completed in person at the Circulation counter or online (please refer to the link below).

The outside user borrower’s card allows you to borrow up to three items, limited to general collections (which can be borrowed for 21 days) and audiovisual materials (which can be borrowed for 10 days).
