The Information
Commons is a 600 m² technology-enhanced learning hub on the Library’s
Ground Floor. It offers a one-stop environment for accessing digital resources,
completing assignments, and engaging in both collaborative and individual
study.

PCs and 32 iMac Workstations
- 🖥️ 48 Smart View Monitors: allowing users to connect personal laptops, extend desktop displays, and charge devices simultaneously
- 🖨️ Printing & Scanning Facilities: featuring a fast-print station and 3D printing and scanning services
- 🔌 Power Charging Stations: providing charging support for mobile devices (for devices with a battery capacity of 10,000 mAh or below)
- 🎓 Individual Study Pod: designed for quiet study, online meetings, virtual classes, lesson preparation, consultations, and interviews
- 👥 Group Study Pod: for designed to support collaborative and group work
This
technology-rich environment supports flexible and modern learning needs, and is
open to all UM students and staff.
