Overdue Notice and Penalty
Borrowers are responsible for returning their loans on or before the due date. In case of late return, borrowers will receive overdue notice and suspension of the borrowing privileges as presented hereunder.

If the material has been recalled three times without getting compliance, or after the deadline for books on the recall status, the delinquent borrower will be charged as if the book were lost.
In the case of overdue or book missing, borrowers will automatically be suspended from further borrowing.
Declaration of Lost/Damaged Materials
About the procedure for reporting lost books or other loaned materials, if you have confirmed that an item is lost or damaged, please complete the following
There are two options for compensating for the lost item:
- pay double the item's price, or
- purchase a new copy of the same item, plus a processing fee of MOP 60.00.
Once you receive the price quotation email, please bring it to the Circulation Counter to pay the fine. Please note that once the fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
