Transitioning from Qualtrics to QuestionPro: UM’s New Online Survey Platform (2025-10-09)
Dear Colleagues and Students,
As announced in the University Library Notice (https://e-bulletin.um.edu.mo/notice/334088/), Qualtrics will no longer be available at UM starting 1st January 2026. To seamlessly support our UM members’ survey needs, the Library has subscribed to QuestionPro, an online survey platform offering features comparable to Qualtrics. UM staff and students can apply for a QuestionPro account by following the instructions at
https://um-mo.libguides.com/questionpro/home.
To assist staff and students in transitioning to QuestionPro, an online workshop will be held on 13th October 2025. A QuestionPro expert will provide a demonstration of survey creation, distribution, and the data analytics features. For more details, please visit

To avoid data loss and ensure a smooth switch, we strongly advise current Qualtrics users to begin using QuestionPro and to migrate surveys and data as soon as possible; step-by-step migration instructions are available at
