UM Archive Administrators Composition and Duties
Each of UM organs and units should have at least one archive administrator to assist in carrying out tasks of internal record management.
Duties:- (1) Complying with and implementing the “Retention Schedule”established by Executive Order No. 111/2019;
- (2) Assistingin the development of the classification and retentionschedule of functional records for UMin accordance with the provisions of Item 1(b) of Article 12of Decree Law No. 73/89/M;
- (3) Supervising and guiding the collection, organization, filing, storage and disposal of the various types of internal documents;
- (4) Properly managingall internal records and providingretrieval and access services;
- (5) Ensuring that internal staff complete the record handover procedures prior to their departure or transfer of positions and comply with confidentiality obligations;
- (6) Proceeding with the destruction of the internal records upon expiry of their retention periods.
